Assalamualaikum, this piece I have written is based on today's society and what we are watching. Allah has created eyes for us but do we actually use our eyes wisely? I think a lot of us today do not such as when we are watching television there is so much filth and many at times we can’t stop everything we see on TV as we are watching a show there comes an inappropriate scene and we are unaware that this was going to happen. So, we should use our eyes more wisely since Allah (S.W.T) has blessed us with eyes, we should be viewing his beautiful creations and reading the Quran and Sunnah rather than the impurities of the technology.
Blindness
Look over there;
Standing in the harshness of the cold
Is he; the one who does not have clear visibility
Some might interpret him as he thinks that he is cool with his shades over his eyes
But then he holds this stick
I interpret it as his guide
I walk past this old man as his stick lands towards my feet and he responds clearly Good morning
I look at him as his gaze is toward the ground trying to find his way;
No help at all which makes me think:
If this man has his eyesight taken away; how can he see the beautiful reality?
How does he spend his time each day without a sight of the world but only with the touch and feel of it?
Do his memories accompany him each day as people pass him by?
But most of all this man must get twice the reward than a normal human being
Because the beautiful reality is nothing but evil our eyes see
They are the blessing the Creator has given us to explore his creations
But the opposite occurs today where the concealed of the impurities become revealed
As the mass media becomes shaytaan’s tool for our eyes so that they can be captured in the illusion of the rich where the reality of the poor is hidden
Where money seems to buy everything;
As the poor become the rich where the rich become the richer as
The viewer’s eyes have become captivated by the filth of the fake world where those fake people live called celebrities where holly world is just a place where the unseen becomes the seen
And our eyes are being drowned with the shaytaan’s plan creating our minds into
Technology crazed;
This is the reality;
The blindness which our eyes have
Is the reality of creating more sins upon us
Where the blind are probably the luckiest rather than us because
The impurities of the world are what we are seeing rather than the Words of the Holy book and the Words of the beloved Prophet (s.a.w)
And reality will hit us when our eyes see the last star in the night sky
The sun coming down on the earth
And our eyes turning into the blind
Because the blind will be the first into Paradise
As we; we will be faced towards him explaining
Why in our lifetime have we seen these impurities
Creating us into sinful human beings....
