Glen Forest 's Short Film- First Place Winner (Masha'Allah)

This movie entitled "How to be Modest" was submitted by Glenforest Secondary School for the Muslim-Interscholastic Competition. The movie parodies the 1950's style PSA (Public Service Announcement) educational films. Although this movie is a parody, the message it relays is meant in all seriousness. Modesty is a fundamental corner stone of Islam, as specified by the Prophet (PBUH) when he said: “Every religion has an innate character. The innate character of Islam is modesty.” As it can be seen in today's western society modesty tends to be lacking, and in a way, this video attempts to remind the audience of the basics of this forgotten yet vital trait. Alhamdulillah this video managed to achieve first place at MIST's short film competition, and won the admiration of most people who viewed it. Enjoy!
